Submit Manuscript

Authors are requested to submit their original and unpublished manuscripts in Microsoft Word format (.doc or .docx) to our editorial email: editor@imjrt.com for peer review. Kindly allow 24 to 48 hours for an initial response.

Editorial Decision

You will receive an editorial decision within 24-48 hours of your submission. The decision will fall into one of the following categories:

If Accepted: Authors must submit the duly signed Copyright Agreement Form and the Proof of Payment in response to the acceptance email.

If Corrections Required: Authors must revise and resubmit the manuscript as per the editor's instructions. The final decision will be made by the Editor-in-Chief.

If Rejected: Please do not resubmit the same manuscript. Rejection may result from high plagiarism or the review panel's recommendation.

Post-Acceptance Process

Upon submission of the CAF and Proof of Payment, you will receive an official Acknowledgment Email confirming acceptance and the scheduled month of publication.

Once your paper is published online, you will receive a publication link. Authors are granted 5-7 days to request corrections (if any) based solely on the original Word document submitted.

Correction Guidelines

Authors are allowed to request corrections within 5-7 days after publication, based only on discrepancies found when comparing the published version to the originally submitted Word file.

Please follow these steps for submitting corrections:

1. Download the published PDF from the website.

2. Highlight corrections in yellow and use comment sticky notes within the PDF.

3. Submit only in PDF format via email.

Corrections submitted in formats other than PDF will not be accepted.

Published Hard Copy / E-Certificate

Authors will receive their individual e-certificates via email on the 4th of the month following publication. The printed journal and certificates will be dispatched via speed post between 10th to 13th of the same month.
